Bohannan Huston is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at EnvisionIT Solutions, a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) in Albuquerque NM. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth within our Managed Services portfolio. As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, the Account Manager will work collaboratively with our clients to deliver exceptional service, address client needs, and identify opportunities for upselling and expansion.
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact, understanding their business goals, challenges, and evolving needs.
- Proactively engage with clients to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and provide timely solutions.
Account Growth and Upselling:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
- Present and pitch new services and solutions to clients, highlighting the value and benefits they bring.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of services and projects, meeting client expectations.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to deadlines.
Communication and Reporting:
- Communicate regularly with clients through meetings, calls, and emails to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries.
- Prepare and present performance reports and business reviews to clients, showcasing value delivered.
- Act as a client advocate and liaison, resolving any issues, concerns, or escalations promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory issue resolution.
Market and Industry Awareness:
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices within managed services and IT.
- Share relevant insights and recommendations with clients to support their business growth.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- You have proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role within the IT or Managed Services industry.
- You have a strong understanding of Managed Services, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- You have the ability to build and maintain relationships at various organizational levels.
- You have proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- You are results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
