
Louis Hernandez
Senior Vice President
Louis is the group’s Managing Principal and is an accomplished senior information technology executive offering over twenty-five years of demonstrated career success developing and executing operational strategies to promote organizational growth and optimal utilization of emerging technologies. With diverse experience not only within the Information Technology field, but general business management, facilities management and human resource management he is uniquely capable of applying technology across all aspects of a business. An integral part of his position is to lead the team in identifying unique ways to create an environment that supports an increase in efficiency and productivity. His goal is to design systems with a “zero touch” maintenance and upgrade scheme. This is the concept of deploying systems that systematically install and upgrade themselves. When not thinking about technology, Lou is an avid cyclist. He recently participated in a 72 mile ride around Lake Tahoe in support of the JDRF Ride to Cure Diabetes.

Kevin Gray
Vice President
Kevin Gray’s responsibilities include project management, client consultations, help desk support, business development, and project planning and implementation. Since EnvisionIT Solutions was founded in 2007, Kevin Gray and his team have grown the company to support over 90 clients with all of their IT needs. These 90 plus clients give EnvisionIT Solutions the ability and training platform to keep their skills sharp while keeping up on the new technologies that transform the business environment. Kevin won the 2010 National “Best Odd Jelly” contest with his chocolate/watermelon jelly. He is an award winning chef and a vintage lawn mower collector.

Steve Lenti
IT Services Manager
Steve manages the IT services division at EnvisionIT. Steve is a certified tier 1 blacksmith and is currently working on the worlds record for number of horseshoes created in a single year. We will know at the end of 2019 if Steve will get the worlds record. Keep your fingers crossed for Steve.

Ron Douglas
Operations Manager / Senior IT Consultant
Ron is EnvisionIT’s resident IT Superman. Ron’s position is Operations Manager and oversees the technical aspects of all EITS clients. Ron’s 25 plus years of experience is crucial to the success of EITS. He has been through and seen it all. Ron has an affinity for stop-motion movie making. He was the co-animator in the 1970 stop-animation movie “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town”.

Mike Tungate
Web Services Manager
Mike Tungate has been involved with graphic design, technology and the web since 2002. He has helped to visualize, plan and implement websites for small to medium sized businesses throughout New Mexico, Texas and Arizona. He has created marketing materials and has established branding for various companies and organizations. He received his Bachelors of Information Technology degree from the University of Phoenix in 2007. He is an avid photographer, technology enthusiast, and is happily married and a father of two. He is currently working on the next theory of relativity in his spare time.

Mike Murphey
IT Consultant
Mike is a highly-motivated information technology professional with over 12-years of experience in supporting various hardware and software. Mike provides onsite and remote support for a network of 250 end-users that includes two remote offices. He has experience in managing and maintaining systems used in government processing and is knowledgeable of DoD security practices for securing networks and computers. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Security from ITT Technical Institute in 2007 and is CompTIA Security+ and a Microsoft Certified IT Professional. Mike enjoys computer gaming and playing the piano in his spare time.

Matthew Chavez
IT Consultant
Matt is an IT professional who provides both onsite and remote support for internal users. He received his Bachelors in Music from UNM and his Associates in Computer Information Systems from CNM. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and listening to music in addition to playing drums in a local band.

Kim Pierce
Administrative Assistant
Kim is the Administrative Assistant for EITS. She has been an administrative assistant for over 25 years. She is a native of Missouri and has lived in the Albuquerque area for the past 8 years. She loves to be outdoors and is an avid walker. Kim loves to cook and bake. Making bread and pies are her specialties. She raised two sons and has a grandson whom she adores. At the top of her bucket list when she retires is to walk the 500-mile Camino de Santiago trail.
