We are happy to announce that we have created an easier method to access our support ticketing system from you mobile devices. The instructions below are for setting up the EnvisionIT Solutions Support Ticket web app on both iPhone (iOS) and Android devices.
Android Devices
1. Visit our Support Ticket Website at: https://ticket.eitsnm.com on your Android Device. When you are prompted with the popup on the bottom of your screen, click the text “Add EITS Support to Home screen”.
2. When you are prompted with the popup on the bottom of your screen, click the text “Add EITS Support to Home screen”.
3. On the next popup, click the “ADD” text.
4. This icon should either be added to your home screen apps or in your recently added apps area. When you need to create a support ticket, you can now click on this web app and create a new support ticket.
Apple (iOS) Devices
1. Visit our Support Ticket Website at: https://ticket.eitsnm.com on your Apple (iOS) Device.
2. Click the box with the up arrow at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click the “Add to Home Screen” icon at the bottom of the screen. You may need to swipe the icons to the left to find the icon.
3. Click the “Add” button at the top of the next screen that appears. You can rename the icon if you wish at this point or leave it as the default name.
4. This icon should either be added to your home screen apps. When you need to create a support ticket, you can now click on this web app and create a new support ticket.
